Our beautiful Sanctuary is handicap-accessible from the church parking lot through the formal parlor. The Sanctuary features a hand-built tracker organ, beautiful stained glass windows on three walls, and the famous rose circular stained glass window above the choir loft. This is the original church structure built in 1854.
Fellowship Hall (handicap-accessible) serves as a meeting place for the social hour after worship services, luncheons, dinners, and special occasion receptions. The hall can accommodate approximately 200 people and can serve 150 for a meal. It is the center for many local and community activities including Christ’s Community Meal, Hot Dog Monday, Kid’s Art Café, and both Boy Scout Troop 31 and Cub Scout Pack 31. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with commercial stove, ovens, freezer, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Dishes, serving pieces, flatware, all cooking utensils, coffee makers, tea pots, and linen complete the very serviceable kitchen.
The second floor, accessible by stairs or elevator, houses our Little Wonders Presbyterian Preschool. Little Wonders operates during the school year and has obtained a “5 Star Step Up To Quality” award from the State of Ohio – the State’s highest rating.
Also, on the second floor, is the Youth Room (approximate capacity 75) with comfortable couches, chairs, and an air-hockey table. This room serves as a meeting place for A.A. and Alanon, the church sponsored Scouting programs, Bible Study classes, Sunday School, and youth activities. There is another classroom and an informal seating area on the landing above the curved staircase from the Parlor.
