Standing Faithful, Standing Tall

For over 170 years, First Presbyterian Church’s steeple has stood as a witness to God’s faithfulness in Huron. Today, we are called to preserve that witness for generations yet to come.

The Need

Recent inspections identified several areas requiring immediate attention:

• Deteriorated wood components
• Water intrusion and weather damage
• Structural concerns requiring stabilization
• Exterior repairs necessary to prevent further deterioration

The estimated cost for this preservation project is between $120,000 and $140,000.
